Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb deli-sliced turkey breast
  • 8 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter to prevent the rolls from sticking to the bottom.
  2. Without pulling the rolls apart, use a large serrated knife to slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli turkey evenly across the bottom half of the rolls. Place the cheese slices over the turkey, overlapping them slightly to ensure every slider gets plenty of melted cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Stir until the ingredients are well combined and the mustard is fully incorporated.
  5. Slowly pour or brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
